Fieldary is a private Android app for saving places on a map with photos, videos, notes, and custom record templates. Use it for trips, camping, fishing, hiking, or your own personal place collection.

Core records are stored locally, and compatible imported MBTiles maps can be viewed offline within their included coverage. Online map sources and Google Play purchase services may need an internet connection.

Fieldary supports importing compatible MBTiles files into its offline map collection. You need a compatible map file for your chosen area. If a file does not import or display correctly, contact the developer with the app version and a description of the file.

Fieldary supports exports in CSV, GeoJSON, and structured ZIP archives. The contents depend on your export choices and may include coordinates, notes, template answers, and media. You choose where to save or share the exported files.

Core records, templates, associated media, and imported offline maps are primarily stored in application-managed storage on your device. Fieldary does not operate a cloud database or its own user account system for your records. See the Privacy Policy for details about online maps and third-party services.

Fieldary supports restoration from compatible Fieldary archive files that you select. A CSV or GeoJSON export should not be assumed to be a restorable archive. Keep your archive somewhere you can access separately from the app; clearing app data or uninstalling may remove locally stored records.
